It is really cumbersome when you have a bad credit credit cards and bad credit loans. Most banks and financial institution would turn you down the moment they find out that your credit history is in bad shape.
What credit repair companies are trying to do is to maximize what the law specifies regarding credit. After submitting the letter of dispute to the credit reporting agency, it would normally take thirty days for the credit reporting agency to respond. After the specified period of time, the credit reporting agency must remove all the items disputed.
Seems a quick fix, isn’t it? But the truth is the credit reporting agency has the right to put back the negative items on the consumer’s credit report once they have finished their investigation.
The credit repair that these companies have been promising the consumer is not actually an honest solution to the consumer’s credit problem.
